The hotel is located in a great area, near the swimming pool, with nice decorations and services in the clean rooms. The mosquitoes were minimal to none, making the stay pleasant. However, it was unfortunate that the table we requested was not available. The service staff were excellent and always ready to assist.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my wife for 2 nights in a Junior Lagoon view room. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and great benefits, making it well worth the extra money. However, the area of the resort seemed a bit run down in some parts and there were a few dirty areas. Also, the proximity to a huge creepy building next door was a bit unsettling.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room had a stunning view overlooking the sea, although partially obstructed by trees. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was peaceful and secluded, ideal for relaxation, but less suitable for those seeking city life. The dining experience offered great quality seafood and meats, albeit with room for improvement. Overall, a wonderful experience complemented by well-maintained facilities.
Our stay at the hotel was a relaxing escape after a vigorous Vietnam tour with rooms facing the beach and convenient amenities like a cocktail bar and restaurant just steps away. However, the room decor was outdated and in need of renovation, with obstructed views by trees.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The room had a nice view of the lagoon and was very comfortable, although it was closest to the renovation work being done in block 300. The service was exceptional, with the staff being amazing and friendly, especially my experience with Gift serving a lovely meal by the pool. The location was beautiful and serene, right on the beach and just a short distance from HH Center. The dining experience was reinstated with safety measures in place, and the range of items was really good. Overall, a great stay with some minor room size issues and renovation noise to consider.
The hotel rooms have everything you'd need, staff at reception is very helpful, and the concierge service is excellent. Although the area can be noisy at times, the rooms are immaculately clean and very comfortable.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The room was a standard garden view one but felt like a luxurious upgrade with its impeccable cleanliness and ultimate comfort. Being able to overlook the ocean and hear the soothing sound of crashing waves was simply magical. However, the high demand for this room type did reflect in the price, but the experience made it worth it!
